Terms of Service

By using QRhub, you agree to these terms. We aim to provide a transparent, professional bridge between physical and digital worlds.

1. Service Description

QRhub provides tools to generate static and dynamic QR codes. Our "Forever Active" guarantee means that once a code is generated, it will remain functional based on your last saved settings, regardless of subscription status.

2. Prohibited Use

Users are responsible for the content linked to their QR codes. You may not use our service to distribute malware, phishing links, or content that violates international law.

3. Zero-Ad Guarantee

We guarantee that QRhub will never inject third-party advertisements into the redirect process of your dynamic QR codes.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Upgrades

Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis. Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not trigger an immediate termination of services; you will retain access to your tier's features for the remainder of the paid term.

Existing Premium subscribers may upgrade to Premium Pro at any time. Upon upgrading, a prorated credit for the remaining value of the current subscription will be automatically applied toward the new Pro tier.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We utilize Google Identity Services for authentication. We store your name, email, and profile picture to manage your workspace and subscriptions.

2. QR Data & Analytics

For Premium Pro users, we collect scan counts to provide analytics. This data is stored securely within our encrypted database environment.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize industry-standard global infrastructure providers and secure payment processors to deliver our services safely and efficiently. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

4. Cookie Policy

We use cookies exclusively for functional purposes to manage your authentication and session state. Specifically:

  • Session Management: We use a "Strictly Necessary" cookie named qrhub_session to recognize you as a logged-in user so you can access your workspace and manage your QR codes.
  • No Tracking: We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or cross-site profiling.

5. Google Identity Services (GIS)

We utilize Google Identity Services to provide a secure and seamless authentication experience. When you authenticate with your Google account, the following protocols apply:

  • Secure Authentication: We receive a cryptographically signed token (JWT) from Google to verify your identity. This process ensures that we never receive, see, or store your Google account password.
  • Authorized Data: We only access the basic profile information you have explicitly authorized Google to share—specifically your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Limited Purpose: This information is used solely to provision your unique QRhub account, manage your subscription tier, and personalize your workspace.
